2) Send a photo through ETSY (HIGHEST resolution possible) by simply sending us a message and clicking on "Attach an image" in the chatbox.
3) We will send you a preview once the artwork is done. You will have 24hours to answer if it's fine or not. If you don't answer within 24hours we will go ahead and print and ship your order.

As a default, we print on 1 side and on a white mug. If you want your artwork(s) to be printed on 2 sides or with a different background color, please let us know when you submit your picture(s).
If you do ask for an edit or multiple edits, your order will be marked as "shipped" once it's overdue, even if we are still working on it. Please note that once you ask for an edit none of the delays are guaranteed.
